New character... of sorts. I finally got the Neopet I'd always wanted -- UC Tyrannian Techo -- and here he is. :'D He's not really a character I intend to rp or write about, I just. He's just my little floofy chirpy dino baby. ;3;

I used a really interesting technique here. I love linearting with pencil, and I love coloring with watercolor pencils. The two don't really mix well, because as you use water to spread the watercolor, you mess up the graphite pencil too. So- what I did here was first sketch and lineart the picture and scan it, then start coloring it without caring about preserving the lines. Then, I scanned the colored picture and overlapped the earlier scan of the lineart on a multiply layer in Photoshop. Aligning it was a bit of a pain, but I do think the result is the best traditionally-colored picture I've ever done.

(Recently all my pictures are titled after the name of the character on them... Hooray, creativity.)
